My Alternator/Stereo Died?!?

So my Alternator started to die the other day out of nowhere and before I noticed the alternator, my radio cut out. I have since replaced my alternator however my radio refuses to come back on. I get nothing, it wont turn on at all, and neither will my cd changer open or give me my cd's back. All the fuses are good, is there anything else I can check? There are only the 2 stereo fuses, right?
