I`m new to looking at blowers and wouldn`t have a clue. Also for those that know what would it cost landed in Aus if you payed say $100aus for it?

It will sell for $250+ then you need to add freight.

If you get a dodgy invoice you can avoid Tax.

Email the seller before you bid.

Also if you do email ask if the rotors have any marks on them.
