Fm Radio for Australia/CD Stacker Change

Hey!

I just bought a 91 soarer Ltd and i want to know how i can change the radio to scan up to australian frequencies. Also is it possible to change the stock 12 stacker cd to a "better" one, cos the one that comes with it skips a fair bit, or doesn't play R/WR to well..

I'm guessing that the FM problems are that the frequencies start at 97 and go to 118 (or so?)
If so, you can get a device to take 10MHz off the frequency.
Costs about $20 from most car audio stores.

As for the stacker, no, there is no way to getting an aftermarket one to plug into the stock head unit.
Try getting it serviced. It could just be dirty.

Failing that, get an aftermarket head unit and stacker. It will sound better
