Celsior remote fuel door problem

Hey guys,

My celsior (90) has got a dead battery last week, after a brand new battery change the remote fuel door stops working. Is it about the fuse or security coz i could open the fuel door via the emergency pulg from the boot and the funny thing is i could hear mechanical sound if i pull the plug when fuel door opens. Oh by the way my remote boot release works perfectly thanks a lot for your help!!

Do you know if the solenoid is actually trying to work ?
If you look at the nylon actuator you might find it has a little step on it which is stopping it from releasing , sand or file this off and use some silicon on it to keep it lubed and it will work fine .
