Celsior 108 KPH Cruise Control Limit

I have a spare speed control box and when I opened it up hoping that it would be the same as the Soarer unit , with a J300 jumper/switch however I find that it is very similar but not the same...no J300 jumper .
However it does have a J1 jumper on it that is closed , my thinking is that the only reason to have have a switch would be for the 108 KPH limit , so sometime over Easter I will make it open and fit it and see what happens , it's very irritating that the cruise won't go past 108 KPH .
We will see what happens .

I have a celsior Speed control computer and a LS400 speed control computer, and had them apart side by side. The only noticable difference is that J1 jumper missing. I think it will work.

I myself haven't been able to do a comparison , hard to get one's hands on a LS unit .
Glad to see my logic has panned out , why else would it be there ???

I was lucky to get a US LS400 one cheap from ebay ($10 US), and its in the car working now. Did you have any luck with the jumper?
