A/C blowing 60F

my MAX A/C output is 60 degrees farenheight. I tested the one in my brother's corolla and it was 58F

is there a way to make the A/C push colder? because in a Black/Black car, it's pretty long before the car gets a good indoor temperature.

Is there a way to make it blow 47-50F ?

where are you measuring this temp from and how? Below 10deg cel vent temp is acceptable.

directly out of the traps, with a normal thermometer inserted in the trap.

i think i have contaminants in my A/C and needs to re-vacuum it then regas it.

I'd like tro try the R20, supposed to be more compressor friendly and colder.
