2uz stroker questions

I have a few questions:

1. Would something like the ttc stoker crank require block clearancing to fit?

2. How much would a custom crank cost from a company in the U.s. like scat or Callies?

3. How much can a 2uz be over bored?

I'm sorry if any of these have been covered before I just can't seem to find these answers. Thanks for any input.

One more question: would 5.8 liters be attainable with a bored and stroked block?

More of a crazy dream than practicality here. Also I appreciate one a kind more than ease of installation.
