1uz heavy on fuel

HI Ive got a 1uz v8 in a Ford Sierra xr6 body.The performance is excellent.But gets heavy on fuel 5km per ltr.

Thats what I get with my turbocharged surf when I drive it as it should be driven. Do you have a diagnostic plug? Manual or auto? What RPM at 60mph? (100km/h for me) Cheers
