i will be getting a v8 1u lexus engine soon. i need some help here as im wont be using the auto transmission since im not using the rear axle as it comes with tarction control.
the problem now is the chop shop does not sell the engine complete with its ecu. no ecu included.
my project here now is to use the 1u v8 engine on my toyota celica ta22 n i want to use a manual tranny. what sort of tranny would u guys recomend n any suggestion on the bell housing?
what type of ecu is recommended for the engine? a fren of mine is selling his WOLF 3D. can the wold 3d ecu used onto the v8 1u?
what are the thigs required in order for me to use the v8 1u engine? if possible i would like to use 2nd hand used items. the car is for daily driven.
