    Have you checked the voltages of the O2 signals? and the resistance of the heater circuits from the ecu? Checked the resistance of the signal circuits and check for possible shorts to ground in the loom?

    Are you using the A650? From memory of your car its a 1uz vvti swap? Options are an aftermarket ecu or stuffing around with the two transmission speed inputs to give the desired results.
