    Forced Induction for SC430?

The question is if it is supercharged with a twin screw what sort of cams should be used. If the pistons are replaced the CR can be dropped and the cams could be used to open up the intake to use the Miller cycle.

    Forced Induction for SC430?

According to Richwood the intake should be available in the spring. The angle on the heads is different than the 1UZ. Apparently with a twin screw it will fit beneath the hood of the SC430. Intercooling is supposed to be available as well. More important for the Roots than the twin screw...

    Water/Alcohol Injection.

Very interesting chemistry. I did not realize that injection of water would decrease the CO emissions at the same time increase the power produced when CO is converted to CO2.

    Whipple S/C in a Soarer.

Does the inlet casting of the SC have a built in bypass valve or did you install a remote valve?

    Whipple S/C in a Soarer.

I think a Whipple would be fantastic but one stupid question: There does not seem to be any flanges to bolt those things down to the intake; how does that work?

    Supercharging a SC430

Thanks for the info. I have seen photos of the fried pistons on boosted 3UZs. It seems from what I can discover from the available info that going over 450hp puts it at significant risk. A stroker kit to inprove the rods and pistons makes sense to do first as an upgrade, plus it increases...

    Supercharging a SC430

I have a Lexus SC430. Which I love. Like everybody else I would like MORE power. I would love a bolt on kit with real power but with no issues BUT that does not seem to exist. I would like about 500 Hp. From what I have researched a twin screw SC probably from a Mustang kit would work...
