I was inclined to think that at first but scammers usually don't include local phone numbers in their posting. Plus I was able to verify the city using his name and phone number. Just odd, but you're right, scammers are always coming up with new ways to fool you.

Ok, decisions, decisions. There's now an SC300 5sp for sale out the same way. The question is, would it be easier to swap a 5sp into a 400, or swap a 1UZ into a 300?
