Just an update, I adjusted the TPS as per Lexus repair manual. It requires a feeler gauge, and ohm meter, and I had to remove the throttle body to do it, there was no other way.

Good suggestions all, I will check it out with the TPS unplugged!

If your engine came out of early LS400 (90-94) or early SC400, then you're ok. If its a 95+ you're screwed.

Well, technically you could just run plain distilled water without anything else in it, and you don't have to worry about corrosion, its aluminum block/head. However I don't know if water alone is a good enough a lubricant for the water pump, and also if the temperature in where you are drops...

If you're going to replace the pump, drain and flush your coolant and replace it with proper Toyota red coolant. The green stuff is what caused the pump to leak in the first place. You have to get the proper coolant, its available at Toyota/Lexus dealerships only, the red coolant at auto stores...

Actually wait, since the lock on your key isnt working, that means your ignition cylinder thinks the key is still inside. Mine does that too, usually I just push on the cylinder with my thumb when that happens and it stops doing that.

I doubt if its the AFM. Its just that your ECU sends more fuel to the engine when the ECU is unplugged, because its in open loop. Sounds like the car is starving for fuel. Check you fuel pressure. I know you said in your previous post that you checked it, but did you check it with a fuel...
