That's what I'm hearing on the Mitsubishi board I posted the same basic question on. That being the case, can anyone tell me what I will have to deal with in terms of the engine computer and the non-electric A44D transmission?- bjg4602

Montero swap
I'm thinking of swaping a UZFE into my 1989 Montero 4x4. It apprears to have a Toyota A44DL transmission in it from what information I have gathered. Can anyone tell me if the bolt pattern for the existing transmission matches the UZFE engine? I don't know if the Montero has a special case...- bjg4602
