Ahh ok. I got spotties and winch on front bar so that might not be helping. I've only got a 14" fan so i might try to fit a 16" and see how that goes. Not much room there to fit one but. Few bugs stuck in the small radiator at the front to so ill give that a clean aswell. Thanks mate.

Hey guys any ideas why my hilux would overheat when the aircon is on???

Just a quick update. Found the problem yesterday. It was the wiring that conects to the igniters. It was touching the headers and melted the plastic causing it to short out. Starting blowing efi fuses. All fixed now i hope.

Havnt got the hilux with me at the moment but i remember them having 201 on them.

The fan seems to work the way it should. Just wondering because the taco jumping all over the place and the temp rising slowly seem to happen around the same time. Ill replace the igniters when everyone reopens after the holidays and see how that goes. Could you recomend any wreckers in the qld...

Just wondering guys coulld a faulty igniter cause my temp gauge to rise when the engine is under load?
