oh. well i figured would need a tune since will not be running cats and also converted the non return fuel sytem to a return system, i was told that will need a tune so that it will not thro a code for the cat or fuel.

The ecu and engine are out of a 2000 gs400. If anyone can send me the correct diagrams so can check it would be greatly appreciated.

numbers on the ecu are 89662-30010 125500-0830

I am swapping a 1uzfe vvti into my 97 tacoma. i have the ecu and the key. will i need the immobilizer? I was told that the ecu can be reprogrmmed to not use the immobilzer. But have also heard cannot have that done. Thanks for your help.

i was told i need the immobilzer for the computer. is their a way around it. was told can get ecu programmed. Is there a place that does it?

i just got this engine last night. so will i need the ecu from the car the engine is out of?
