Lol I'm not sure. He said he plugged into the OBD and didn't get any codes, thats about all he said.

Well the problem with the car is, it runs fine at idle and will drive fine for a few 100m then it starts to surge and eventually stalls. I took it to an auto electrician and he came back to me saying it's the ECU.

I forgot to mention that the motor isn't in a Soarer it's in a 4Runner. As long as the motor runs I'll be happy.

At the moment i've got a fried ECU from a UZZ31 Soarer with 40P 40P 40P plugs the part number is 89661 - 24220. I cant find a replacement but i have found another ECU that has the same 40P 40P 40P plugs but the part number is 89661 - 24411. It's from a SC400 95-97. I know that it'll plug in but...
