u want gas flow around 14l/min the welds look ok for a amature :-) u were right in upping the wire speed to a crispy sound u will need your setting higher for engine mounts as the plate will be heaver and u wont get good fusion on a low setting like u did with the 1.2 stuff

no its not its a bolt that bolts into concrete dyna bolt is a name ramset give to them they are a wedge anchor here is a picture

old post i know old post i know but i have had some mounts for commodore from rod shop for 3 years they will fit an holden v8 setup and the early 6cyl and gear box mount adaptor cost me 180 for mounts and 40 for adator plate 3 or so years ago not bad price for a drop in setup

your gas should be at around 15 thats what we use in our boilermaking workshop

yeah i would say for mild steel a argon Co2 mix is the best thats what we use at work for all our jobs we only do structual steel and some light fabrication in mild steel. we use .9mm wire for the light stuff and 1.2mm wire for heavy stuff.

i dont think it would be a good idea to run a top mount intercooler in a high performance application as you get a lot of heat soak from the engine. WRX suffer from this quite bad. why were you looking at running a top mount ??

im pritty sure they use a eaton m90 for there blower agro 64 has one on his 1uz from them
