Is there any product or info on cleaning the aluminium as it has oxidised and looks like crap. I have wire buffed removable bits but was wondering if there was a easier way to clean it off?

I am chasing the part # for the timing belt on a 1uz-fe from a 89 majesta. Do they make an after market one or is there genuine tojo belts available from the dealers? Also some info on the installaion.
