Yes - it's a 1978 Lotus eclat series 1 (Type 76) but has the later chassis and suspension from a 1990 Lotus excel (Type 89). This came from the factory with a Toyota W58 gearbox and diff from a Toyota Celica. This made getting a bellhousing to fit the 1UZ to the gearbox easier :)
