    m112 manifold.

DId you use a MIG of TIG. If you used a MIG, do you think a TIG would have helped with the warpage??

    Supercharger Manifold

Similar to this one? http://www.lextreme.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3578 I think this will work pretty well. Jordy's was different. He cut the middle out of the lower section so there was only 8 short runners left. He then welded a 'box' in the middle and sat the blower on top. Jordy would...

    Started fabricating new oil pan

Why use stainless over mild steel? Looks better but the sump is pretty well hidden. A lot more difficult to work with.

So I got this Eaton M90 sitting in my garage

Talk to Tom at bullet supercars. He can provide most of the stuff and I think he has the best manifolds and parts and accessories. You will be able to keep all your original factory engine management at this low boost.

    Bullet Supercharger Manifolds

I think they are moving away from the car a little and concentrating on parts and fitting 1UZ to everything else.

    Bullet Supercharger Manifolds

Visited the Bullet Supercar workshop at Yatla near Brisbane on the weekend. Got some pics of their supercharger manifolds, but being the stooge that I am, ran out of memory on my camera. Only got these few pics. Basically they have the same manifold that FAT sells, which is available in 2...

    Bullet products available

Went for a look through Bullet Supercars workshop in Yatla near Brisbane on the weekend. I was impressed with their range of products available for our engine. They have Ross forged pistons for around $1600, aftermarket rods he said were dearer than the pistons, but available. Also...

    Changing starter Location?

Don't think I will shift my starter at this stage. I don't have much room behind the engine to put the starter there. I can easily extend the engine hatch upward if necessary to clear the blower/ intercooler, though I would prefer not to. Still doing a lot of thinkin' and grinning at the...

    Changing starter Location?

Rod, whats the new boat?? - Lexus powered I hope! Back to belt driven starters, you mentioned the Dynastarter on your sailboat. Some aircraft use a similar setup, certainly some of the smaller turbine engines use them and may have something that is suitable. I read an article years ago about...

    Ford Eaton M112 setup

I have collected 7 blowers at this stage (last 12months), is that excessive?? It's not really that bad, as I have sold a few of them!

    Ford Eaton M112 setup

Yes my fiancé is quite aware of my obsession with collecting superchargers! I haven't even seen the 4.6L setup, but imagine it may be of the same theme as the lightning one. I am not real keen to relocate my starter, but have been thinking about the belt drive starter that Rod mentioned on...

    Ford Eaton M112 setup

Just brought a compelte supercharger setup off a Ford SVT 5.4l V8 http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4565174855 Not sure what I am going to do with it, but I brought the compete setup with manifold and injectors. Will post some pics when I get it. Maybe it can be fitted.

    Confused on Intercooling

You may be able to it using the jag V8 supercharger design like jordy has done. Look in the fabrication section. Much simpler would be to build a manifold setup like these guys. Shame they don't make a lexus one though. They mount the blower upside down in the valley and the intercooling is...

Moving dip stick for rear sump

I drilled a hole in mine, tapped a thread in it and screwed a slide hammer into it. It came out easy with a few taps. If you don't have a slide hammer, you could probably just screw a bolt into it and pull it out with a good pair of pliers.
