I realy dont think you should pull the battery terminals off with the motor running. Check your hand book im sure it tells you not to. I cant remmember the specifics as to why not but I know it can fry the reg/rectifier in the alternator.

I started rebuilding my cylinder heads today and Ive run into a problem. Looks like my gasket set has got some odd valve stem seals mixed up in it. Question is are the inlet and exhaust valve stem seals the same, im sure they are and my kit is wrong. Looks like I need a new set anyway.
