    thi sis by far the best site i have ever seen regarding this motor, i dont even look on other sites now, and i must say a big thanks to the people that have taken the time to help me out. as for the LEXLUX, i think it still has the stock motor, alot of minitruckers are like this (dreamers)

    i thought that might be the case, i got a internal handbrake from a v6 4runner, but yeh my drag link is in front of the sump, and i should have around the same 40mm for the firewall, and heaps of space for thermo and radiator i hope

    i know i probably could have made the mounts, but i wasnt real confident, never done a conversion before. how did you make a front sump fit, is all your steering drag link behind your crossmember, there was no way a front sump was fitting in mine.
