isn't the 1uz air flow meter a frequency signal that's y its so hard to test using a multimeter reading all your other posts u like fitting a band aid strip to stop a 10 inch cut from bleeding on all your work why not just by a decent ecu and all your bleeding will be gone

its just like the gm fly by wire idle is 18% full throttle is 86% fbw is not like any aftermarket ecu where u calibrate tps to go from 0 to 100 if its within specs don't touch it

I just checked a stock standard factory ls400 with a 1uz vvti the light goes out when u put key in so something else must give signal to ecu to turn the security light and I double checked the wiring and the key reader only gets efi relay power not batt so there is something else missing...

if u have a cable speedo just get an inline speedo pulse sensor if u have an electric speedo then run the signal wire for your speedo to the spd wire on the 1uz should take u about 2 mninutes

42 is speed signal so don't worry bout it if it runs bad could still be ecu as they don't always fix the ecu when u replace all caps sometimes more damage is done

maybe u have forgotten to bolt one of the earths on back of heads does sound like a wiring issue or the fking ecu having an acid trip

best thing to do is wire up an led to the security light wire on the ecu if the light goes out then the key is matched i recon the set u have is not matched are you 200% sure the key and reader and ecu is of a working car i have a small tool that tells me if the key works in 2 seconds...
