Update time..it's been a while..not sure actually how long BUT i have buggered my second Muffler..:rippedhand: I've just cut it out and had a look to find that part of the inside had moved from front to back of muffler and blocked the main outlet on it..It did have some small holes drilled...

Wee update..had a wire shyt itself and so it began again..Cold start failed..:argue: Popped the ecu out and had to trace all the wires yet again to find it..weird as it is..the wire triggering the cold start had actually stopped working???(between the soldered joint and the crimp..)Fixed and...

Can you place a switch inline to the hydrofan ecu power feed to effectively turn it on and off thus slowing down the fan - shutting down the soleniod to slow the fan downor even off?? Also please make sure your bolt holes are the right size...the flange I drawing is for 8 or 10mm holes..just need to re drill them the right size for your application..cheers

Superrunner..I used the standard 3b 4 core rad with it's original shroud with the Hydro Fan setup...Works Bloody well even when Off road thrashing..sits an even 85-90 deg(thermostat range) during road use and when the going get harder it just rises to around 100 but only for a short time then...
