    Im using the original air duct and filter (new as of 2 mounths ago) And last time I took off the TB I gave it a good clean with a rag and WD40. (All-tho I haven't used any carby cleaner on it while it's running.)

    Yeah sound's like we have compleatley different problems bass, After I start my car (with 4-5 seconds of rough idling) it goes up to 1500rpm untill it warms up and then go's back down to 600rpm. If you then shut it off and re-start the engine it idles at 600rpm straght away. no prob's

    How do you figer this? Exhaust gas is dam hot how can it cool down the air intake? and In my opinion The only thing going into the air intake should be AIR. (or nos). Burnt exhaust gas will not help fuel a car, so your car should make less power with EGR.

    I think the above post is in the wrong Thread/Place. The video is of Half a car sitting on the floor of someones shop/shed. They started it up as a test before it's used in a conversion The exhaust is still in tact but cut off just after the gearbox witch means theres no mufflers.

    Come agian?? I thought the EGR system would cause this problem, hence the reason he Deleted it! Mine has no EGR from factory (asuming your talking about the "recycle the exhaust gas back into the intake of the engine system")
