I use it and like it. The shifting is firm and quicker than OEM. It delays shifting a little more than OEM, which is to allow the engine to rev and make more power.

While it's out, it's better to have a high stall speed TC put in it.

Perhaps. Also, that really depends on the year and whether it's from a LS or SC4. The difference in year has different rods or compressions. The difference in LS or SC4 has different oil sump and accessory drives.

Toyota should make the LFA more power to be competitive with big boys. 600 hp will be nice.

For that used oil, make sure it's just used oil and no coolant or other fluid. If the shop dump some other non-compatible liquids in it, it's time to test out the truck engine. Lol.

Ryan, How are the new e fans working? Do they eliminate the heat issue? I just ordered a pair of thin 14" Zirgo fans with 2780 cfm/each and they just blow me away. Too powerful. I'm happy. :p

AEM has F/IC-8 for the V8. It's universal, but it should work well on the LS. I read somewhere some SC4 guy has been using it. Some Tundra guys also use it.

I'd also like to add that rwhp is also another guide. It doesn't tell exactly how fast/powerful the car is. Talking about HP, I think the car makers use bhp as a general guide to measure engine power for a reason. Bhp measurement can be a standard power measurement due to its repeating value...
