5/6 spd throttle bodies have different connectors but are otherwise interchangeable early/late 3uz's are not interchangeable. Different ecu, different loom, different pinout, different knock sensors, different automatic transmission If you are using m/t , ecu should be programmed accordingly...

stock 3uz has maximum torque out of all UZ's and about the same power as all variants of 1uz vvti. The torque can be further improved by ecu remap.

From ECU perspective, 1ur-fse off gs460 (190 chassis) has best chances. I've done a couple gs300 => 460 conversions, gs350 isn't any harder or easier to do

3uz-fe should have its stock ecu, stock loom and stock a/t different a/t will not work the 650 is considered more reliable but also consider aging correct diff for 5spd a/t is ~3.3 and 3.6 for 6a/t truck will require slightly higher diff ratio to compensate weight and wheel size
