The PVC is on rocker cover .. T piece will work but it depends how serious your pushing power / boost ? I drilled one PVC out on rocker and vented between air cleaner and turbo so engine received filtered air .. It also depends if your using MAF / air meter .. In this case the engine tune wise...

There still needs to be at least one good vent to air cleaner or on non boost side.. As both PVC's close when on boost.. Which would built up in crank case,,

Or any other brand multy layer head gasket. !! E85 is safer on std assembly. Surprising how much extra fuel E 85 in tune before loosing power

Seems E85 is more piston friendly with "good" tune..

Bugger all quench on pentroof heads... Go the thicker .080 [or thereabouts] Cometic head gaskets.. Unshrouding exhaust valves can lower comp and help breathing too..

A Precision turbo is around $1k and $1400 [approx.] for ball bearing.. Billet comp wheel, flow well..Even the 62mm.

Yep the last thing you want to do is pull the stud out of thread in block !! From memory they are fine thread in block .

What do ARP recommend ?? I have 110 lb on ARP Dart block Ford .. I doubt an alloy block would take 200lb with 10mm ??? I would have thought 30lb and 90* ??

Little old school ? But good size for revable 4.0 engine .. Power may not come on strong but should be very tractable !! Turbo's that hit hard are pita to control wheel spin.. Should make 4 / 500 h.p easy . I guess your fitting atleast 42mm waste gate ?? Yep all good ..
