I am looking at building a 1UZ that is capable of running at 10000rpm, to be used for burnout comps. I am currently using a stock motor with a Eaton 112 supercharger which is limited to 7200rpm What engine parts would you recommend? Cheers

No, it's not a Chev transplant, it's still 1UZ. Adam is still trying to set up a dizzy like the set up i made a few years back when i put a couple carbs on one of my 1UZ's. He still has to convert the carbs to methanol yet as well.

I am chasing full dimensions & pictures of the shims & pictures of there installation. It's a shame elliotaws pics aren't still in his thread.

Wanted - technical info ie; dimensions of shims & pictures of shimming modifications to A340etc gearbox valvebodies. Can anyone help with this? Cheers Brenton.

Your rattle sounds much like the engine i have just put in my car. I had to make one engine out of two & didn't think about the cam gear pre load when i was putting the cams back in the swapped heads. My motor is also rattlier on R/H side of the motor even though i didn't preload either side...
