mystery solved - 94 1UZ from an SC400

got that plate info off of mine and called the dealer, that 'Serial Number' plate is actually the VIN of the car that the motor came out of. Turns out I actually have a 1UZ out of a Feb 94 SC400. Mystery solved

after doing some additional reading yesterday I've learned that the missing 4th plug is usually for TRAC which this motor is not equipped with. Any way to ID the model year from the sticker?

wanting to do both spark and fuel off of the megasquirt. one of the reasons for switching to the 1UZ is for EFI, I'm a computer guy and like the geek factor of being able to tune electronically. firing up the tuning program on my palm pilot and then plugging it in via a patch cable to adjust...

I'm told its from an SC400 but it is a computer for a 1UZ, is the year discernible from the plug config? those are 40 plug sockets, and the cruddy sticker reads "1UZFE42" in large letters vertically, I can't make anything else out on the sticker

I bought a 1uzfe allegedly from a 96 SC400 with 44k miles. It came with mostly complete top to bottom, side to side - the computer and engine wiring harness are intact, catalytic's still installed on exhausts with sensors, and an A340E auto trans all bolted up with cables and trans harness...

any luck finding one?

I'm still trying to get this figured out - you need 5 for an order, I'd like one, you said that you still need a few more. how many more commitments do you need to get to 5 so that you can do an order? gotta be a number between 1 and 4

looking for a 1uzfe that I can trial fit to ensure that the motor will fit in my swap. engine doesn't have to be a runner and doesn't even need internals, I'm more interested in how the outer dimensions and mount points work in my swap.
