From what I've read, these engines are based on the 1NZ engines, a 1.3L-1.5L I4...supposedly...I can't any correlation in bore or stroke that links them to the mini 1NZ. Hopefully, you can bore the crap out of them and make it a 6.0L Toyota V12...I cannot WAIT for you to open this engine up.

I don't think it would. Right now, that's for the HKS F-Con V-Pro, Custom Harness, DLI, a couple of other items, and all of it installed in my car by a professional tuner. It also comes with all of it's options right out of the box. I think a basic Motec system would cost around the same, and...

Any updates on this project? I'm currently project planning for a $5500 installed HKS system, but might use a lesser priced system if we could get it to work.

Me personally, I would've done the VK45 or VH45 to keep everything Nissan... Irregardless of that, awesome project. I can't wait to see it finished and driving.

Why wouldn't you be able to hit 20psi with one unit? A second unit won't give you higher psi. A second unit will give you more air pushed in at the same psi.

Very interested only if FI is an option. I would say with proper sleeves, it would be doable. Most of the Darton LS1 sleeves work with FI, even with very wide bores and thin walls, because of the ductile iron that is used. If it's something similar, I'm in.
