" Typically, Inductive type COP coils due to thier smaller transformer size requiers a longer dwell time "
Not true, most COP I have tested have a smaller dwell time, around 1.8ms compared to larger non transistorized coils that typically use around 3.0ms.
Its off a saab. Its the only part on the car that is not Toyota and its the only component that has given me trouble! It will be removed soon for a external Toyota style one with the standard W series bearing.

What type of taco is it?
If it is a low trigger type you will need to put a 1000 ohm resistor from the taco input to the same 12volt supply that goes to the ECU.
Yes I know, I met him just before he passed away.
Gloverman,
Glad I could help out, Its good to hear that you could use the info to enhance you business. My next conversion will be a 2ZZ into an 86. The 1uz was simple compared to the 2zz!
I understand what you say about the MoTeC products...
"When used to trigger Autronic or Motec systems I have a new plate laser cut with 6 outer slots for cylinder sync and the inner has 1 slot for reference."
On a side note this is not required when using a MoTeC ECU It can use the standard sensor plate however I would not use the standard plate...
Glen,
It does not matter which cam you use, The file you have is for the LHS cam, If you used the RHS one the crip would be 366.
you just need to wire the injectors & ign 1 & 2 the right way.
