I see alot of info and photos on changing a LS timing Belt. Anyone have anything for the GS with pics to help me get familiar once i start pulling components off?? I let the dealer do it the last 2 times (ya 351k and counting), figured i would hammer it out myself this time.

I should also mention it threw a 0420 and 0430 "catalyst system efficiency below threshold" Can the 1128 code cause this to occur or vice versa??

Just got a P1128 code "Throttle Control Motor Lock Malfunction ". I recently just replaced the TPS and the the sensor on the opposite side (name escapes me). Can someone educate me as to what this is ad best way to repair? THis is on a 1998 GS400 with 275,000 miles:bigeyes2:

Only over bumps and potholes. replaced upper control arms, lower ball joints and torsional bar( goes from lower control arm to chassis), new struts and bushing....still have problem. any suggestions???

Not sure where to post this one. Has anyone replaced there hood latch cable on a 2nd gen gs400? If so, how did you do it, or is it just better left to the dealer? Shawn
