right just done new plugs, wired up a missing power for afm, egr etc that had a broken join, changed the iacv. seems to be sorted but idle is high now. think the replacement iacv might be stuck open...

yeah its gonna be my next daily driver, drifter if it all comes together. on the hunt for a ma61 f type lsd diff for it, i used to have 2 but gave them away.

update, fitted primary o2 sensors, no effect, not had time to check spark or injectors yet. checked ecu flash codes, got all 4 o2 sensor codes, air mass sensor code and egr code. still starting/running like a pig, not warmed it up as it stank out the unit...

in the meantime i got an ali rad installed. i had it left over from a s14 i had, never fitted it so i adapted it to fit this. moved the lugs on the bottom, cut out the in and outlets and welded in a bigger diameter pipe for the larger 1uz hoses. more exhaust system, took ages messing...

started the exhaust manifolds, got some flanges laser cut and grabbed a load of random bends.... the drivers side was a bitch, had to make it in 3 parts to fit it all round the steering column and stuff. the other side was miles easier. 1.75" primaries into 2" secondarys then finally into 2.5"...

i made up a franken-clutch pedal, took ages to get in to fit right, used a ma61 master cylinder i had from my old supra. oil filter would not fit so i took off the adapter and removed the oil modem, i then bought a remote oil filter/cooler kit and some ali weld on fittings, welded them on...

ok the temp sensor was 7 quid so thought why not give it a go. i did attempt to test it but getting it to -20 degrees then 20 degrees then 80 degrees and checking the ohms was a bit dificult so i couldnt really trust the results. im a welder fabricator not a mechanic or sparky, this whole thing...

yeah i hope its that. i forgot to get some bosses today but i will be fitting the o2's soon. when i wire them up i was planning to use the wires for the sub o2 sensors then link the signal wires into the primary o2 sensor pins in the ecu as i read it can fool the ecu to thinking it has all 4...

whats a tacho relay? ok i f***d up a bit in my first post, like you said the efi relay is triggered by the b/o wire from the ecu then it kind of daisy chains power to the other relays when they are closed. the signal wire that should close the circuit open relay looks like it should be an ecu...

if you have taken the igniters off, make sure the plugs are the right way round. mine got plugged in wrong and it wouldnt start. also make sure they a good earth.
