    Dood, its idling way too low. Normal warm idle is around 650rpm. If A/C has been wired correctly it should idle up to around 900 rpm when turned on.

    I assume your car is a manual now? Mine does the same thing. (Manual 1uz). (my other car) factory 1uz/automatic does it as well, but being an automatic it's not as noticeable.

    make sure the dizzy rotor is installed correctly. they only fit properly one way but it is possible to bolt them on incorrectly.
