I just pulled these engine mounts from my friends mk3 supra. 1uz sat in the bay perfect and cleared the brake booster with no mods. Uses the round rubber isolators. $250 plus shipping in the US.
With the Mk3 supra we used to put 550s in but used an SC400 MAF that was 25% bigger then stock. Even then they would run very rich as the stock ecu would run rich with the 440s. Some people have tried to use a bypass valve to let in unmetered air to compensate. The ecu will try to compensate...
Well said. There is a wide line between saying and doing. But that is what the internet is for...lots of check writing but no place to cash it. It takes a lot of balls to take a car over 150 much less 200. Especially when it is a car you have plopped thousands of dollars into it.
Cleaning up the wiring on the ignition is just the engineer in you. I know I would have done the same and then cursed my OCD while I was trying to troubleshoot. It looks good all in all and with the limited number of people doing these it would be very difficult to get an EMS set up from...
It is a damn shame we can't get one of the most popular sports in the world on TV here in the US. It has been 10 years since I have played and I loved every minute of it. I still have my boots and shorts. I played against a guy who played prop for the Eagles for awhile. He was twice my size...
The auto and manuals are definitely different. I can't recall but I know the V is different then the R but I am not sure if the W is different then the R. Sounds like an SAT question now.
The MAF is karmen on the 94? and earlier I believe. The Mk3 supra is karmen and you can swap with the sc400. The mk4 was hot wire I believe and that was 93.5 so I am not sure when the SC went hot wire for sure.
