the hilux diff is only installed in the rear or hilux's or hiaces. the supra's celica's used a smaller diff. are you blowing diffs now? if so what parts? crown wheels and pinons, axles? then we can offer up some advice

the hilux 5 speed's reliabilty all relies on how you drive it, i am not using it in my conversion I use a 1UZ-FE -> A340E gearbox -> R1FA gear drive transfer combo in my lux I made my own adaptor to bolt the A340E and R1FA together

You will need to get a custom clutch made, we found a NA 1UZ would destroy clutches in 2 tonne 4WD's
