hey! I think they might be called mains, but Im not sure, so Im just going to call them cam holders. EDIT: they are not mains, my bad. In my infinite stupidity I have snapped one of my cam holders in half trying to install it in the wrong space. all of my cam holders are in marginal condition...

this is a dumb question: I am about ready to start fitting my 1uz into my car, and I have no idea how to accurately take measurements for custom engine mounts and angle for the differential. do I just dangle the engine in the car on the hoist and use a ruler? how do you guys do it?

arent pick n pull parts "as is"? its been more than a month since I got it. is this a super serious issue? I thought it was just some fluid in the cylinder and nothing more..I could definitely be wrong though. I think its probably a good idea to rebuild every engine you get from a pick n pull...

Hey do you have any EDIS-8 crank rings for 1uz's? a member on here told you me had one. Im interested in buying one.

I did a bit of reading and EDIS-8 sounds pretty awesome. what do you guys think of this kit? is it everything I need besides the 1uz trigger wheel? http://www.boostengineering.net/product_p/edis8kit.htm do I need any pieces of the original 1uz ECU to run it? thanks!
