Got a 91 LS, and wonder if its feasable to either
1. Swap the later model 5 speed in my 91LS, using the later trans ecu, and somehow mate to the 91 harness?
2. If #1 isn't practical, can I swap in the complete engine, trans and engine/trans harness from a 97-2000 into my 91 and still use the stock ECUs? (would ABS still work?)
Trying to figure out how to make one of those swaps work without a standalone controller which is a no-go for my race series.... Would especially love the later motor and trans, but don't know how to wire all that.
