I think they do. The housings and screw holes must be exactly the same. The only difference could be the wiring plugs. However, my friend's 95 changed to a 97 with no problem. I don't know about how he did it. If I were you, I'd give it a shot. If not work, sell them back.

94-96 Style Rear Light Cluster

These will fit any MkIII Soarer HOWEVER, if you are upgrading from a 91-93 lamp cluster, because there are fewer indicator bulbs used you will need to make a small modification to change the indicator flash rate. This can be done by changing a capacitor as shown in the tutorial here or by wiring a couple of Arcol HS75 3R3 resistors (available from RS Components) in parallel with the indicator lamp on each side.
