Andrew,
I bought mine through Ebay (US). They were NGK leads. It was about 18mths ago, can't remember the exact price, but they were a fair bit than they were in Australia. I bought a set of iridium plugs as well and the total price which included postage was cheaper than the leads from the the local car part supplier.
I bought mine off here, from the main site. It was back when the $ was buying 90+ cents though. Still worked out a 3rd of the cost from the local Toyota.
In here under electrical, David's (Lex) pretty good with shipping prices and speed too.
Wow, didn't dealize that we had all these parts on the site. Will definatly buy them from David.
Terrific work David. Well done on setting this up.
Cheers,
Andrew.
I just bought a set of 5mm Top Gun LPG Max 300 leads for Aus$235 from an auto parts supplier. They are a direct fit under the original covers and match the original leads as they have all the original style connectors and stainless steel fittings. The resistance is lower than normal leads which is great for LPG or any performance application - check the pics - the original shortest lead was 5.3 ohms, the new one was 0.14 ohms. The longest new lead was 0.53 ohms. You can see the old leads and new leads together to compare them in the pic with my ohmeter showing 5.3 ohms. They are temperature rated to 315 deg C and are spiral wire wound inside and radio friendly. You can also buy 8 and 10mm leads but I wanted to fit mine under the covers (and my originals were 20 years old).
