that depends.. If i notice the intercooler, say "damn, hes got an intercooler", if i dont then i would say "damn, nice car"

Well. I'd make fun of the ricy newb driving it for putting an intercooler on a cold air intake. Until you either smoked me, or I heard the turbo spool / bov sound.
