I bought the LS400 1996 manual, but cant find the pinout of that plug.

Maybe yours isn't 1996 model

no workshop manual will show pinouts of every plug
they might tell u location of pin in that plug but u need to
look around a workshop manual for hours and draw up
a picture of that plug

Finnaly make it runs. The harness has similar colors to what I see in many of the diagrams around, but the B/O wires was B/R and the B/R was White.
