If you turbo the 1UZ-FE and get about 500hp at the crank (about 8psi with my current engine) I would obviously have to get larger injectors 440-460cc (that should support about 550hp) and I would have to get a better fuel pump to handle the increased fuel loads. Is there anything else I need in regards to the fuel system to make this work properly? (I already have a fully programmable LINK ECU on my engine.) Once it is dynoed and tuned will everything be set or am I missing something here. Do I need a different Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) or can I use the stock one as long as I have the other equipment and have the ECU programmed?

FPR will help and give u the flexibility to alter the fuel pressure.
