Cruise wiring

Hi I have another account on here, but can't seem to get into it
Could someone tell me if the pin 16 1k is a connector block or a resistor please as I have some cut about wiring and it isn't there

and pin 20 to combination meter- is this reqired without dash clocks or is it cruise speed input? if so can it be picked up off engine/auto trans ecu

Okay found a diagam for clocks,

Cruise ecu pin 16 is labled red, mine green with white tracer
cruise toyota 88240-50071 is this the brake pedal switch wire in a different colour or am I missing something?
