I was reading that the later model water has 12 blades and the earlier model has 6 blades. I also noticed the later model car (LS400) runs alot cooler then the first generation. I remembered my first generation LS400 run about 1/2 of the temperature gauge and the second generation LS400 runs about 1/3 of the temp. gauge. I think it would be a good upgrade for the earlier cars.

going by the possition of the temp gauge in two diffeant cars is no way to compair, they could have actually been at the same temp.

My 1uz engine in hilux runs at 80deg all day long, its a 92 engine
