Damn yet another problem.. Only after a few days of driving too. This belt is making a hell of a racket. The location of it is circled in red. Anyone know what it is and why its making a weird squeeling/screetching noise? Easy fix? Cheers.

Cheers for the tip mate, Luckily I did find the right airflow meter for the engine. Turns out the later model 98 engines have this crazy round plastic airflow meter. Found one, bought it then it hooked straight up. I got the car back yesterday and is fully go. Its amazingly overpowered now...

Yep! both igniters are plugged in and ready to go. Just that damn airflow meter aint matching up with the one and only plug thats left.

Cheers, a mate of mine told me that I could always set the gearbox up as a kinda tiptronic sorta system.. I think they use this in 4wd contest trucks. You shift like its a tiptronic only it has no delay.. Does that sound right?

Hey all, I'm a newby here! I've picked up a 6spd auto gearbox (complete with ecu) from out of a '07 4.3 lexus for a project I'm doing with a mid 90's 1uz-fe. Would anyone know if this the ecu from this would work with the 1uz-fe? Has anyone made a project like this work before? Cheers.
