changiging injectors or replacing them with known good ones will fix my misfire......when i put in redline fuel system cleaner the misfire goes away

i have a slight misfire on my 92 LS 400, i have tuned it up using dealer parts, i believe one of my injectors is failing, code 25 is coming up, and yes i have changed both 02 sensors before the cat, my question is, will an injector misfire cause this code? also i am about to put some 251...
