Well, I was going to just edit the previous post but the button disappeared. On the TCCS ecu if I jump switched power to the NSW input on the ecu will just think its in neutral all the time, does that 4000rpm limiter get enabled when the neutral switch is made?

I have the factory manual with pinouts sitting next to me but no scanner, what is it exactly you're looking for. I might be able to put something together in a day or two in excel with ls400 pinouts.
